Mr. Chen was a fantastic help. He was very knowledgeable and patient. My dad is 83 years old and he fixed his computer and installed all of his old programs. He also fixed my computer all in one day. He was a very valuable asset to our family.

William delivered incredibly fast, professional service. I had a computer that I needed to sell but I managed to delete one or more files in error. I spent hours trying to resolve myself only to fail. William was able to fix the software issue in a matter of a couple hours without any problems. I would highly recommend his company.

William was a great help getting my computer issues sorted out. He went the extra mile, literally, as he came for a home visit when we couldn't resolve the issue after a remote session. I was very pleased with the service I received. I am not very tech savvy, so William's patience was very important to me. Will definitely use his service again.

We had the pleasure of discovering William at A Plus Tech. We had some serious issues with 3 computers. William is dependable and absolutely brilliant in our minds! We received email confirmation prior to each visit. He diagnosed every problem and corrected it quickly every time. He also explained clearly to us, what he did to correct the problem and showed us, when necessary, how to do it ourselves. William is on my speed dial. Great company and technician. We would highly recommend this company.

I organized an appointment for my 87 year old friend and i wish i hadn't. The tech was rude, rushed, used her toilet!!?? and didn't put the seat down and didn't communicate with her about what the problem was or what he was doing to fix it. She's a very patient person but she had nothing good to say about this person's behavior. If the fix doesn't work she will NOT contact this company again. Have a little respect for the elderly and every customer you deal with!! If you don't have time for the appointment, don't bother making one!! AND NEVER USE A CUSTOMER'S TOILET!!

William was extraordinary in providing same-day, on-site service for an urgent operating system problem. The service was well communicated as to options and recommendations. A Plus Tech was excellent and I'll be calling upon them for further desktop computer support services.
