Suds Car Wash

It is an okay car wash. Doesn't do a great job on the back (tried with our Accent, previously with our Caravan and with our CRV). Always comes out with the back hatch or trunk dirtyNickle and dime charges for extras and using the back yard.I mostly stopped going because the car was developing swirl marks which I assume is due to dirty brushes or coarse bristles.Never did a decent job on my rims ever.I do like their wash tunnel the best, with the natural light from above. Also seems to shut down when no car is in the tunnel so more energy efficient.

Brought my car in for a Triple Action Wash and Quick Interior Detailing, and I was very surprised how good the car looked when it was completed. The car was a disaster inside, with ground-in dirt, etc., but even the quick cleaning brought it back to a very nice condition again. The staff were all very friendly, efficient, and thorough. Next step will be to arrange a detailing appointment to get this car REALLY like new again!

Paid for triple wash and interior cleaning. Car wash was good. Interior cleaning, which cost $37.99, as far as I can see, all that was cleaned was the floor mats and windows. Nothing else was cleaned, not even the dash board. Dash , doors, console, still have dust on them. Been coming here for years. This is the second and last time this has happened.****Update. As you see Suds reached out and asked to get in touch with me. Guess what, I replied and filled out their form online. They have not reached out or replied back since. That reply is for show. Lost my business. Valet wash is now my new place to go.

The worst job EVER! I have used SUDS exterior/interior service many times through the years and have always been hapoy with the job done but today, I am totally disgusted by the interior job done! From entry to car wash to exit from interior bay it was 20 minutes. Not at all worth the $63.27 paid.There's still dust on the dash, bug schmegma on the windshield, interior of back window doesn't look like was touched, I can go on. I'm going to guess maybe there was new staff working. I was the second vehicle in for the day so it's not that they were hot and tired. I'm hoping management will rectify this.Well, took the car back. Supervisor Mallory and some older guy came out to look. Apparently there's a do-it-yourself bug washing station at the front near the entrance. I was told the new belt that was recently installed moves faster than the old belt did so because the previous belt moved slower, they were able to do a more thorough job. So you all know, it's now a 12 minute" trip on the belt. Save your money

From the time I started the car wash and interior cleaning to the end it was an amazing experience. Every employee was polite and clearly had my best interest in mind. As always, a fantastic job was done for my interior and exterior cleaning. I have already and will continue to recommend SUDS Cambridge.

First time customer and I was blown away. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes and I couldn't believe how clean the truck was. This was a company vehicle and it was amazing to see the care they took with it. The team was very knowledgeable, kind and a breeze to deal with. Will for sure be bringing back my personal vehicle! I'm really starting to get frustrated with this company. I understand closing at a reasonable time on the weekends but every other person in the world works till 5: 00. How the heck am I supposed to get down there, go through a car wash and use your backyard pass when you guys close at 6:00.... For me spending as much as I do on my monthly subscription this is kind of unacceptable. Covid is basically over, do what every other company did and extend your hours back to normal operating hours. And if this was your normal operating hours, change them just something a little bit more acceptable

I have been a customer of the Cambridge location for several years now. I recently had a problem. A faulty oil filter. Resulting in me bringing my vehicle back the next day. They rectified the problem in minutes. Incredible service and the manager Scott has always gone above and beyond customer service! WOW!

I (somehow) make my car DIRTY. It is such an affordable price for a full outdoor and indoor clean. It looks like a new car everytime i leave. Paid $50 with tax. Can't afford a few hundred dollars for a detailing elsewhere. Super happy with the results. Staff are always very kind. Waiting facility very clean. Always in and out in 20 min or less depending how busy.
