I visited this dealership some time ago, looking for a new vehicle. As I entered the dealership, the receptionist (who was not on the phone) barely looked at me. I figured she might be busy with paperwork, so I went to have a look at the cars in the showroom. (Somewhat odd, as I was touring several dealerships and brands at that moment, comparing models. I had been greeted everywhere else as I walked in. Even if the receptionist was on the phone, I was at least acknowledged with a smile or a short greeting.)I looked around for roughly 5 to 8 minutes, sitting down in the car I was interested in, checking the trunk space, the usual stuff. Various staff members looked at me, but otherwise ignored my presence. Eventually I had to make my way to the front desk and ask for a sales representative. (Once again, something odd as, usually, you are immediately greeted, offered water or coffee, and asked if you want to speak with a representative.)I would have understood if they were busy, but that was not the case. 3 salesmen were sitting at a desk, talking with each other. Several other members of staff were sitting at their desk with no customers. At that moment, I was the only customer in the showroom.I eventually met my assigned representative and told him I was interested in a model that was coming out soon, and wanted more information about it. Immediately, the salesman appeared disappointed (I can only suspect he desperately wanted to make a sale today). We moved on, talked about the vehicle, and went for a test drive in the 2019 model (same engine, same interior, etc - only a few features were being added, most importantly android auto, so the 2020 version would drive the same).When we came back, I asked for a price, but he couldn't give me one right now. No problem, they don't have one yet, that's perfectly normal. I can't expect him to see the future, nothing against the salesman or the dealership on this point... but, I was told the model would arrive in a few weeks (around 3 to 4). So I asked for the salesman to call me when they had one, so we could discuss a price, as I was interested in the vehicle. I left him my cell number, we shook hands, and I left.At this point, I would easily have given this dealership 4 stars. The representative was kind, his disappointment understandable, and the lack of greeting matters very little to me in the end, as it gave me a chance to check out the car before I spoke with someone.However, a little over 2 months have gone by, and I've yet to receive a call, not even to tell me the vehicles had been delayed, or he had been wrong and it would take longer before the vehicles arrived. At this point, I can only assume I was forgotten, my name and number tossed in a pile, and thrown away or buried under others. That's a real shame, because I was really interested in that car.

From the moment you drive in for your appointment you are treated courteously and all necessary info is already in computers. While waiting the waiting area is very clean and free coffee. One is able to watch work being done on vehicles which is nice to see. When vehicle is ready they come and get you. Service is great. Job well done by all employees.

It was Dec. 2021 I bought a used RAV4 2017 low kilometrage from Toyota St-Jerome. It is not my first car and I had before experience with other companies and I want to say that among them Toyota St-Jerome is the best one. I am very happy with my deal as follow:1-They are very responsible and care about the costumers: i.e for me one month after my purchase I see some corrosion spots with bubbling indication under paint and after contacting they accepted to repair that without cost2-They are very transparent giving initial information and no hidden cost if you want to buy a car3-They certify used car with their services for me they changed all brake discs and pads and checked necessary services that I am very happy with that4-They are far from me about 1 hour, during repair and services they are giving you a replaced vehicle and as well after finishing they brought my car back to me and it was not necessary for me to pass over there5-their services are reasonable and perfect,I recommend you Toyota St-Jerome as I see they are mostly think about the costumer to be satisfied!Thanks to Mr. Willy and Richard, Toyota St-Jerome

Very BAD service there ! like the previous review don't waste your time and money there .....what they say and was not doneAnti corrosion - NOT APPLIED IN THE DOOR AND WAS PAIDI WAS SUSPECT AND UNDID MY BACKDOOR PANEL andnothing was applied 0$455 charge for office work was never toldback door rubber was badly glued had to re do my selfDogs hair and poop was NEVER WASH AND SUPPOSE TOthey delivery the car dirty inside and when i return to get the work done they would not even talk to me...and i was ignored ..... BRAVO Toyota ST-Jerome NEVER AGAIN

My coolant hose was leaking and broken, so I brought the car into the dealership. The guy calls me back and tells me the radiator is broken telling me it's 1300+tx just for the Labour. The mechanics at Toyota Saint Jerome are total scammers! My radiator works perfectly - they just wanted to make 2k off of a regular client. Good thing I used to do mechanics for a long time so I never fell for their scam. BUT they just lost a good client! Be careful don't trust anything they say and always get a second opinion!

Terrible. Wanted to trade in my car and low balled me. Ask for information how he came out with the number and can't give a response. Sales rep Stephan can't speak English for nothing and I spoke in French. He repeated 15times that the car was wrapped which i don't care and didn't even get my name right.. geez imagine buying from here.
