Highland Restoration DKI

I asked this company to quote a job with specific instructions and great detail in phone conversations. They quoted me $150 to do the quote which I though was a bit high but they seemed like they could get me what I needed. Once the guy Steve Dion showed up all of a sudden we were in for $300! $150 for the inspection and $150 for a written quote. Anyways we agreed knowing that the $150 would be taken off the project once we confirmed it. Well we got our written" quote and it was missing the mold remediation for 90% of the basement which was the whole reason we needed the quote in the first place. Their answer

Firstly heartful of thanks to Highland Restoration DKI. I highly recommend Highland Renovations DKI to anyone seeking help with their home renovation projects. I had a major water flooding so a lot to be done like drywall, flooring, rug,painting and much more. I need to mention here about Erik Dixon and Chris Sutherland. They were professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful. The quality of workmanship was excellent and they were always true to their word in all aspects, including showing up when promised. They stayed late evenings to complete the job they promised to finish by EOD. Wow I have so many good things to say about Highland Renovations DKI. Last but not least I have to mention a word about Aimee Whyton who is the assistant project manager who made sure that my jobs done in a timely manner. Very professional and good hearted. I would recommend them to anyone. Great Company. I wont hesitate to recommend Highland renovations to anyone and on a friendly note demand for ONLY Erik and Chris for the job :) Great Guys.
