GNC - General Nutrition Centres

I went around lunch time yesterday. The girl working there was really helpful and had a lot of informative information. I was very happy with her input. Even though I didn’t buy anything I wanted to leave a review.

Went in to buy a shaker bottle and look around, stores like this can be daunting some times when you know nothing. Pleasant shopping experience thanks to the selection and ray who was a welcoming person to talk to!

They are very knowledgeable about products. Although it's at the outlets, they are not an outlet, just a normal store.

I buy beyond raw creatine and beta alanine once a month! Great pices on both of those items. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere!

The boys in this store are the Goats , very friendly and excellent customer service .Well versed in a variety of supplements !

Really disappointed with my shopping experience here. For a long weekend it was dead when I came in. One person was being served by the cashier and another was available to answer my questions. I was looking for a meal replacement, and an electrolyte boost for my partner. While showing me some electrolyte options my partner came in, and then I said it was best to let her decide. I decided to take the protein meal replacement he recommended after finding out what I wanted wasn’t in stock(wasn’t told about buy one get one 50%). My partner settled up while I left the store, and the electrolyte boost he was showing me when my partner came in, got added to our order(after she picked out her own). We went back to return it, and asked for them to honour the buy one get one 50% off. And they wouldn’t without the other package. I have worked in retail. And yes they like to see the product, but there are exceptions. I will be returning everything I bought because in the midst of all this. The recommended protein was animal based. Not all whey or protein is animal based, but it should be stated that it is, when an associate is trying to sell a product.
