I completely agree with many reviews written about Matthew and his team. We worked directly with Matthew in purchasing a house and the words 'above and beyond' ring true. Matthew was so diligent in helping find the perfect property. He was available when we needed him. In addition, he is VERY knowledge about matters such as construction of the home, wiring, roofing...you name it. So Matthew has my endorsement and comes highly recommended.

Mathew was very friendly yet professional. He and his team worked very hard at getting us a good deal and making sure we were taken care of and kept us informed the whole time. His team came in made some recommendations and had many walk throughs right from the first day. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will absolutely be my first call for any future real estate needs.

Matthew and Regan have been helping my family look for a house for over two years. I know that we were asking a lot of a house, and a lot of our realtor, so this was definitely not an easy task. We have looked at so many houses over MLS and in person for that time period, and they hung in there with us, and showed us everything we asked to see, without question. Regan and Matthew did a phenomenal job and took care of every detail. When I first started the process I had too many options and had no idea where to get started. They let me through the process and we're extremely helpful figuring out where I should look and answering all of my many questions about the market and where I should move. I think they really did a fantastic job, and I was very impressed by their work I would highly recommend them.
