Went to Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat on New Year's Eve... loved it. Sorry to say that it was my first time, definitely will not be the last. Enjoyed the show from start to finish. Singing was great, especially Madeleine Suddaby - an incredible, powerful voice and energized performance!Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Parking was easy and close. Don't be like I was, take in a show... you won't be disappointed.

I took my daughter to see Anne of Green Gables The Musical at the Gateway Theatre in Richmond, back in December. I remember watching it myself many years ago when I was a young girl and as she and I have read quite a few of the Anne" books together

was here for a school play. i like that its a medium sized theatre and not a large scale one. it felt more at home when i was onstage. change rooms are good sized, just wish there were lockers because we had to put our stuff on the floor. other than that, great theatre.

Theatre has good productions and seats just ok. The website is painful to get specific seats. Sound is good and tickets are usually well priced.

I love that Richmond has a theatre to host medium size productions as well as indie performances by local dance companies etc. Just wishing booking was a bit easier - online and phone are sometimes difficult to manage. Keep up the good work.

I really like the Gateway. I have attended three times. Twice for plays put on by the theatre and once for one of my kids' performance. The theatre is cozy and unassuming but the inside is very nice. Good sound from the theatre as well. We watched a musical last year and Charles Dicken's 'A Christmas Carol'. Both productions were fantastic! Last time I went there I saw the upcoming productions and there are a couple I will be taking the kids to this winter.

Great little theater. Went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory performance where young children from the Richmond Academy of Dance performed and thought acoustics were very good given the size. Staff are friendly and accommodating for families with special needs. Food and drink options are a bit limited but good overall.

This is the place to go for performances. Not too big, not too small. Cozy enough.Modern. Pretty new, maybe newly renovated. Hey Richmond is called Rich-man's place.BUT Talk about PRICEY. $50 bucks for a ticket and i got 4 tickets for the grandparents. The guy in front of us got 8 tickets!!!! HOLY. $400!!!Go early for parking.Overall very good experience .
