First time to go here to buy a heater for my betta and ended up buying a corner aquarium, gravel and glow-in-the dark tank decor. Staff were helpful and friendly and store was very busy.So excited to set it up but when we removed the box, there was a crack in the glass at the side close to the bottom (box covered it). We knew they only had 1 in stock, so we had to drive all the way to Brampton to do a return and exchange. Still highly recommended store. Will definitely go back to buy more stuff.

Amazing experience and beyond satisfaction! It was my puppy’s first grooming and he had a matted area. Rashael and Laura are extremely good at their job, very knowledgeable and professional. They love their jobs and the dogs. Not only they did a wonderful job, also took their time to explain everything that I should do. They were extremely punctual and responsive with the appointment requests.

they interviewed me 3 TIMES, 45minutes to an hour EACH then didn't hire me. wasted my time.then i got a better job across the street worked there for 4 years and now i work in corporate. missed out on a good employee !

This is a cute little pet smart. I have been in bigger stores but this one has everything you need. I love that it has a Pet smart hotel. Definitely will be back!!!

Got another puppy I was able to find everything I needed. I got a slow feeder, chewing toys, crate, puppy pen and a bed. Everything is of good quality and they have lots of stock and options. This is the best store in the area for my dogs.

Great place for training aids, treats and pet wear. Unfortunately, they don't carry Orjen or Acana made in Canada dog food, so I have to buy food elsewhere.Grooming and daycare are fantastic.
