This company provided food for our daycare. They have some of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced from a company. Some days my kids did not get their allotted meal. They eventually got back to me after weeks of emailing/calling and provided a credit. However, due to their poor service, the daycare cancelled the meal program. I am now stuck with credit with their program that they have not refunded and have not responded in the last 2 months to any of my inquiries - via phone, email, website. I am shocked this business is still running.

I used Simply Foods for my wedding. The people were nice enough, however, I received very poor customer service. From the get go, the communication was an issue. It took over a week and multiple emails/calls to remind them I needed a response. I felt like I was chasing them down to get answers to my questions, to confirm they’d be accommodating my requests, and to send my payments. I found it stressful in the weeks leading up to my wedding to not be receiving clear or consistent communication.On the day of our wedding, the food was pretty good (kind of what you’d expect at a buffet wedding dinner) however, they did not bring enough dinner plates for all my guests which was disappointing to see and not be able to do anything about. The buffet food was also not labeled for the guests so they could know what they were eating.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this business, mostly because of the poor communication I experienced. Communication from a vendor should be prioritized, knowing that their clients are relying on them as one of many moving parts for their event. Planning an event/wedding is stressful enough, without having to chase down your vendors.

The meals are pretty good, portions a bit on the smaller side. Got the wrong items on my order though, and was ignored when I asked about it, which was disappointing. The cakes are excellent, may order one for the next office party.

Ordered 600$ in food and it took over a month to deliver 3/4 of the items. The service and communication was pretty bad. The lady I was in contact with stopped replying to my messages after realizing they had missed over 33 items in my order. The driver who delivers the food takes no responsibility and has no idea what is going on. The quality of the food is also not the same anymore.
