The fitting room was dirty, and the mirror in it was so dusty that I could barely see my reflection. Staff wasn't as friendly as the staff in H&M.

Initially very happy to have seen the return of forever 21. But i honestly feel like it returned to just before it closed down. The clothes look like a warehouse clearance and it just seems messy in there. I greatly dislike the styles available. One of the cashiers ( 933648)mislead me about the return policy.I was exchanging an item which I purchased a day before. First she said it is a final sale and then she throw tantrums saying this time I am doing it but this would be the final sale. And it clearly mentioned in the receipt that this item is eligible for 14 day return.I am not sure what she is assuming or if she trained incorrectly by upper management.I would appreciate the hard work of merchandise staff who were continuously folding and managing the clothes.But cashiers need some customer service training or at least stop assuming things.

The cashier forgot to remove the anti-theft device at checkout, which is hard for customer to notice at the moment. It was really disappointing when I realized that I had to find a time and drive all the way back to the store to remove it before I can wear it. I felt this is really unfair since I had to spend extra money and time to wear the clothing that I already paid for a while ago due to a mistake that really shouldn't have been made. I explained this situation when I was back in the store and asked for any possible discount/credits, but all I got was a cold refusal with bad attitude.
