Just bought another Santa Fe from Smiths Falls Hyundai. May have been one of the best experiences buying a new vehicle ever! Liam is probably one of the easiest going salesmen you’ll meet! All of the sales staff were very helpful and didn’t put any pressure on us to buy, they only wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for. Another big thanks to Jay, Stuart and Shaylynne for all of their hard work getting everything finalized! Look forward to the next visit!

Bought a 2023 Kona. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They worked very hard to get us what we wanted with payments we could afford. We took our car home about 1 week after our test drive. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

First time experience with Hyundai. Needed a new car and already new what I wanted before my arrival. Chyanne was very helpful getting me the information on the car. She assured me they had one in my colour arriving in two two weeks. Business manager was quick and professional. Deal was done.Only downside and it’s not indicative of this dealership but seems dealerships of all makes and models are struggling with inventory.

For my first time buying my own vehicle, I couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable, kind, & caring staff to walk me through the process!Liam was a great, honest, positive & enjoyable salesman to be around! Stuart in finance was also wonderful, helping me in any way he could to get the most fair deal! Can't say enough positive things about Liam and the supporting Hyundai team. I purchased a used car from them and felt I was treated as well as if I had bought new. Friendly, pleasant and genuine. Today (9:40 am) i visited hyundai smiths falls i asked them for this Chevrolet Impala and the sale executive (girl) just ignore me as say i am busy , I don't have time (and all staff starting laughing at me)..... Such aa bad customer service...

Dreadful service at the Smith Falls location. I was a customer here for many years purchased 2 brand new vehicles and always serviced both of them there. However in the last year the customer service has turned very bad...tried to have my backup camera repaired and finally just gave up, even talked to the owner and he was worse then the desk guys and he never did get back to me about the camera even though he said he absolutely would. Myself and My Family will now take all of our business to a different Hyundai location...hoping for better service there.

Every time I go to the Hyundai in smiths falls I always leave with a smile. The service is great and the people are better! Everyone knows how to start and hold a conversation which is rare these days. And I’m about to get my 2nd car from here. I won’t go anywhere else for maintenance on my vehicles! 10/10 recommend!!
