Best computer store I have ever dealt with! Jason does exceptional work and goes way beyond when it comes to customer service. He does great work, he always delivers, and he has saved me, and my data, on many occasions! I cannot praise him enough, and so am thankful for his honest, reliable work! Thank you, Jason. The negative reviews have clearly never done business with him and are merely trying to avoid him gaining more loyal customers. I will never take my business anywhere else.

As someone previously stated, you can’t give Jason enough stars. This guy always goes above and beyond as a business owner and a person. I work in the building next door and he is always so kind and thoughtful when he comes to visit. When his customers come to my store they tell me about how happy they are with the service he provides them. As a person he is so kind he has brought us employees supper on occasions. Can’t thank him enough for being a great part of this community and a great business neighbour!

Google won't allow me to issue any more than 5 stars, to Jason, so I'm adding my own: * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * (I'm not even sure that 20 is enough).His service started when he returned a call that I had made after hours; I didn't leave a message, but he contacted me the next morning to ensure that I was assisted. I was needing a particular item for a time-sensitive project. He didn't currently have it in stock, so, he offered me the one that he had just purchased for his own personal use!Later that same day, I ran into major issues with the project and was on a time crunch. I didn't know where to go or whom to turn to for help, but I recalled how lovely Jason was to deal with - so I called him. I didn't realize that it was 20 minutes before closing and when I inquired if he was busy, he wouldn't admit it, but I knew better LOL!.To make an extremely long story short, he spent the time needed (past closing), focusing intently on only my problem. BOTTOM LINE: he solved my problem (that numerous other 'professionals' had attempted to help with, but to no avail). He was so patient, so knowledgeable, he remotely accessed my laptop and worked miracles to clean up some serious issues that my virus scanner had not been picking up, he fixed this and he adjusted that... and I went from near-tears when I called to wanting to pinch his cheeks" (with tons of gratitude) by the time he had finished. Jason went ABOVE and BEYOND for a gal in crisis mode.For all those who take the time to read this 'essay'

I took the owner a rather challenging hardware repair (a DC jack on a very thin ultra-book) and he was able to figure out a method to not only fix what was broken, but found a way to strengthen the original design. He was patient despite the fact that I was consistently asking how it was going and if he was finished. He communicated what was happening, took the time to show me where he was during the different stages of work and how the work was being done! I've been to multiple repair shops over the years and the owner here works very hard in a positive way and never once made me feel brushed off. This is a great little repair shop located in Lacombe and you will not be disappointed.

I brought this guy a pretty tricky situation with my phone the other day he dropped what he was doing and ripped my phone apart fixed the hardware problem and reshaped a bent part and cleaned everything that needed cleaning in it in a very short time.I realize not every job goes like this. This goes does his best and I'm very satisfied with this place and will return.For all you people who write bad reviews I believe you have bad attitudes.GREAT PLACE

Would definitely recommend Jason to anyone having computer issues. I brought him 3 laptops that all needed quite a bit of work and he had them ready to go in under a week. Very professional and knowledgeable service, and extremely reasonable cost.

We have been customers for 2 and a half years. Excellent Value, great to deal with, only computer store we will ever use. Sometimes they are a bit slow but that we are OK with that because they always go the extra mile.Why we will always deal with The Computer Corner, please read.We had our computer tower serviced at L****** D**** in Red Deer for viruses they charged us $500.00 dollars to clean our computer. When we got our computer back all our pictures and videos of our kids were gone, 12 years of pictures and videos. When we asked what happened to them they said they were infected and the hard drives had to be reformatted. We asked why they were not backed up first, they said that we did not request a back up service so they were not backed up. We asked how do we get them back and they said they offer a Data Recovery Service. So we asked about the service and they said they collect a $1200.00 dollar deposit and send it away to see if they can be retrieved or not, that someone would contact us either saying they got them back or that we had the option to pay more for them to keep trying. We were very upset and did not see why we had to pay for something they erased, we were heart broken. We will never deal with L****** D**** again.About 1 year later we had our laptop in at The Computer Corner and my husband mentioned our bad experience to Jason, and he asked us to bring in the old Tower that we had lost all our pictures on and he would see if he could retrieve it. He asked for a $240.00 deposit to see on his work which was much better then L****** D**** $1200.00 deposit. We did not hear from him for a while on it, but we checked in once in a while, after about 3 months he called us in and asked to look as see if he had found the right ones. I sat there with a knot in my stomach waiting for him to show us, when he started a video of my daughter when she was 6 yrs old, I started to cry. He recovered about 95% of all our lost videos and pictures. We would of gladly paid him $1200.00 for all his work but let's just say he did not charge us any where near that much.We have 5 computers in our house and the Computer Corner services them all. So thank you to Jason and your staff.

Took my custom PS4 controller into Jason and he spent the afternoon trying a couple of different things and ended up fixing my controller!! I appreciated his honesty, customer service and fair pricing. If you need your tech fixed please go see Jason at the computer corner + and support locally!!

Brought my custom built pc in for a diagnostic test to find a faulty part.Computer corner had the test done the next day and the part found.Quick turnaround and easy to deal with.
