We recently bought a white couch and made the worst mistake of eating barbecue sauce near it. We tried EVERYTHING to attempt stain removal but it seemed to make it worse. We called Chem Dry and they were able to book us in the next day. Carlos showed up on time (earlier too) and started his spot removing routine. It was a pretty stubborn stain so he concentrated on that spot quite diligently. The couch has since dried and I see ZERO signs of any marks whatsoever. Carlos was very professional, friendly and hardworking and should be commended for his A+ customer service! Thanks for saving my couch! :)

This was the second time we’ve used ChemDry and once again were very happy with the results. We have a dog that loves sleeping on our carpets and couches and the technician made everything look like new! I would highly recommend them!

We had our staircase cleaned and treated for pet odours today (thank you to our new puppy whose favourite place to “go” was on the stairs!). The stairs look brand new, and it already smells so much fresher and cleaner. We tried several products ourselves before leaving it to the pros, and we are so glad we decided to go with ChemDry. They offered an accurate price quote over the phone, were able to complete the service within about a week and a half, and the technician who came, Carlos, was polite, professional, and he gave us lots of great information about the process and product he was using. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with Chem-Dry services. It was easy to set up a time to have my carpets cleaned. I had tried other services who needed an outside water source whigh I did not have. That was not an issue with Chem-Dry and my carpets dried the same day. I was actually charged less than what was estimated. The person who came to do my cleaning was professional and personable. He worked quickly and efficiently. There was one place where he could not get a stain completely out and he brought that to my attention. I would definititely recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thanks Chem-Dry.

These guys are incredible. Not only did they do a great job cleaning our carpet, they came out on the same day I called for a quote. Price was incredibly fair and very competitive. I would not hesitate in recommending Chem-Dry Ottawa, or utilizing their services again. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I was really happy with my experience with ChemDry. I chose them because they had such great reviews online and now I can see why. My technician was early (what??? I know!!! You're thinking that NEVER happens with in-home services). He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As my cleaning area was less than the minimum purchase of 300m2, he did a small area carpet for me too. All the carpets look fabulous! I also recieved a bottle of spot remover as part of a promotion which was a nice touch. I will definitely be using their services again!

ChemDry ruined our carpet 7 months ago. They took 12 minutes to do 800 square feet, white carpet looks like mud was spread all over it. They admitted there was a problem, they came back to try to clean it again, no change. No resolution, no effort on their part, my lawyer is drafting a letter to them since they are now ignoring us and not taking our calls. I would never use them again.

Edit: after posting this review, the company got back to me and refunded the money for the 2nd charge. I’m consequently increasing my review by a star because the job was done in a satisfactory way for a price I was happy with (as long as I didn’t have to pay for it twice) :)Original post:My credit card was double-charged for the service they provided. Over the course of a month, I’ve called four times (each ending with a promise that a manager would call me back) and emailed twice with screen shot evidence of the double charge. I have yet to hear back from ChemDry about this mistake and any solution to return the overcharge.

After several email exchanges to book a time (they have no online booking system) they were supposed to show up between 09:00 and 10:00. At 10:30, I called their office and was told there was a mix up" and someone would show up. Finally someone came after 11:00 and didn't have any masks for COVID protection. I can't believe after 2.5 years in a pandemic
