I was just there to buy 6-8 cartons of Canadians, I was unsure and asked to see the package the young girl could not have be LESS nice , heavy sigh I was nothing but a problem for her.I have been buying here for many years never had such HORRIBLE service.

Very happy with the service the young lady wasn't afraid of weather, I was very impressed with her!! I've had my van for a few years and truth be told she's the very first person to ever fill up my tank to true fill right to the top!!! I'll surely be back!!

I'm so sorry I just realized that I've got no idea why this is coming up in Caledonia. Also, although I tried no idea how to fix it. This delicatessen is located on Sheppard Avenue in North York area of Toronto, Ontario. Well my wife like to smoke and so do I occasionally. So a pack of smokes every four days (20 per) .at the store.12$ x10packs 120$ 35minute drive to reserve and back 10$ 200smokes 14 $ my time say 35$ say$50. I will make the effort to go and get smokes from here all day long to save 50$even that saved every month adds up to $600a yr. That can go to Christmas /birthdays. ...or even buying someone you love a coffee.....times 300.. super super kind friendly knowledgeable staff.all patient enough to answer my silly questionshope they all had an enjoyable safe holiday and look forward to going again and seeing them..and paying awesome prices for smoke.

They did not have whatever's looking for. But the staff was very nice and polite store was clean.

Had a very bad experience today at Wolfies. I purchased two brands of smokes and noticed when I got home that they did not give me the correct brand. I tried to find phone numbers for them and even called 411 and the numbers displayed in their website is not reachable nor are they listed with a phone number. I asked when I was there how much the smokes were and she said $120 a carton. The wrong cartons she gave me had a price of $92.00. Wrong smokes and charged wrong price. I went all the way back and she would not exchange them for the correct ones. On top of that she charged me a extra $116 for the 4 wrong cartons. So what do you call that? Overcharged and wrong smokes. Any suggestions?

I always shop at the older store, the staff there are always friendly courteous and helpful. Today I had to shop at the new store there was a beautiful blonde haired young lady there behind the. cordoned off barrier, I was greeted with a ya wadda ya want Wow some attitude it seemed as if it was a chore to fill my order after paying my bill I polietly said thankyou and have a nice day needless to say there was no reply. Just thought id let you know.

The girl working the smoke shop was very rude and more than once. Don't know her name but shes either plain miserable, hates man or just don't like white people. Sorry to have to put it this way but i dont like being treated by anyone like her. I won't go back again

Friendly service as I just go to this location.
