I visit this shop every time I go to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The selection is fantastic and I always leave with a bag full of new baubles.

I had a coupe of really great experiences in this store but my last interaction really warrants a great review from me.I was previously in the store before and purchased a blue watch for my boyfriend. Then I went in looking for another gift, and I saw a watch but they did not have it in the color that I wanted.When I got back home, during the week I called them and within one day not only did they have the watch ordered, I actually received it the next day. The watch is so beautiful, I decided to actually keep it and give it to my boyfriend for Christmas. I love this red/orange watch and thank you very much for accommodating and shipping this to me for free.

Fantastic customer service. Iris was amazing and very patient in showing me several pieces of jewellery. A wide variety of jewellery, something for everyone. Very reasonable priced. Will definitely visit this store every time I am in Niagara on the lake.

Wonderful service for Judy and Toto our brindle pug . Great gentle repairs of antique jewelry inherited from 1904. Gorgeous pearls to die for. Up to date styles but dainty and delicate. I go to Optimus every time I am in NOTL, and they never disappoint! I have bought several unique, stunning pieces of jewelry over the years and I love that they are Canadian made! I always do my Christmas shopping for my mom and Grandma there and the knowledgeable owners are always such a pleasure to be around and so helpful. The prices are reasonable and the pieces are one of a kind, so please DO stop in next time you're in NOTL! You won't be disappointed!
