Always a great service from the whole team. The largest Seiko collection I've ever seen outside a Seiko boutique. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I was able to try the watches as much as needed to take the right decision. All of this while sharing a discussion around the watch hobby. I purchased an SPB143 last week and couldn't be happier with my experience.

Great first time experience with B. Serkos. I wanted to get a new Seiko watch that just has been released. I wanted a custom made pendant with a very intricate design that was rather difficult to make, but Ara and his team were able to create it so perfectly!! It’s absolutely beautiful and professionally made, and the quality is on point. A few months back I walk in to Serkos and browsed at their watch selection. Even though I didn't purchase anything at that time I was treated with great respect. The team took the time to go through all my options, and even some that could never be an option for fun and never once did I feel pressured or rushed in making a decision.Recently I impulsively purchased a watch online instead of going back and buying from them.Today I went back with my new purchase. A watch brand they don't even sell to have it sized, and once again was treated with exceptional respect, and courtesy.I wanted a leather strap as a optional change from my bracelet. They really took the time to let me see all thier options, and once again felt no pressure to buy anything. On top of that the staff was giving me thier opinions on what strap looked best and even complemented the watch I had bought.
