I don’t ever often write reviews but after the experience I went through with this company I’ll never shop here again. I messaged them 4 weeks ago in regards to buying/trading and one of the employees I spoke to gave me a horrible offer which I was shocked and I never gotten a general response back.After waiting for more then 3 weeks I got a response back in regards to the inquiry and how I felt insulted as a customer the lady in the email was kind enough to work out a deal but instead of trying to give me a better offer they gave me low offer. On top of that they suggest that I go into the store to negotiate with an associate like why would I travel and waste my gas without working out a deal through messages first?I understand you guys are a business at the end of the day but to only offer me $300-$350 in “only trade” for my hard to find pops that are worth Atleast $700-800 is quiet disrespectful like I can understand if it was a cash offer but for trades I would have expected more. The employees would then trying to act dishonest in regards to valuing/pricing their stuff through other market platforms and when I asked if they priced through HobbyDb/PPG they disregarded the question.Ignoring a customer for over a month and just getting a legitimate response after messaging through IG social media platform and acting dishonest is not a great customer experience for any business.I will not be changing this review as this review speaks the truth and honesty about how certain employees act towards customers. No issue was ever resolved.

Mypops is a family oriented and very welcoming business. They are legitimate, have good pricing and exclusive items. (I buy Funko Pops and Pokémon items from here all the time)!Since 2021, the Markham location has also offered #thefreepokemonproject to use their store as a designated pick up stop for charity work. Their team has allowed hundreds of local families to pick up free Pokémon packages.Thanks Jacky, Evie & Dave for all your help! Highly recommended!

Pre-ordered some POPs last year and waiting over a year with out a update on my order. I emailed several times with no response, text messages left on read" and no response and even facebook marketplace messeges which were also ignored. I even went to the markham store and the worker still couldn't help me

I have had great experience with this store in person. The staff is friendly and has always been helpful.For those that are crying over the offer they got for their trade in, what do you expect when you are selling to a store? The fact that you even get 50% is good as I have seen lower offers for bulk purchases. If you want more for your items, sell them yourself to collectors and guarantee you get what you want.Stop bashing a store because you are not happy with what they offer you. Its a business at the end of the day.
