Kaleb and his team at planned directions have been nothing but excellent and professional during all of our moves. Planned directions is more than just a moving company, they also are a great junk removal/declutter and home staging for our realtor. They also help out local women shelters and churches with furniture donations. They have been our family and friends’ movers for years. Helping us move around the GTA and northern Ontario. Highly recommended!!

Used the crew of Planned Directions for our move, and they we're amazing!! The crew were helpful, knowledgeable and took very good care of our belongings. Had nothing damaged and not even a scuff on my newly painted walls.I will definitely recommend them for any move.

Kaleb is completely incompetent when it comes to moving and customer service. I held back on writing this review, but I've had enough of his shenanigans. I facilitate moves for my clients. I was referred to Kaleb by a former employee of mine that vouched for him. The move I gave him was for a friend, that I have personally moved in the past. How embarrassing is it for me to have to deal with the issues he created!He showed up un-prepared for an overseas shipment at a bonded warehouse. No tools, no gloves to un crate the items. He stepped on one of the crates and broke a mirror the denied that he did it, we have a pic of his foot print in the crate. They said it was probably broken during transit. My client had to go to Lowes to buy gloves and pry bars for them to open everything. He did not discounty client for this at the end of the move.He then refused to assemble any of the products as he stated that he only puts together items he takes apart. These were new items and all had packaging and instructions. He was getting paid by the hour so we dont understand why he would not do it?I gave him the benefit of the doubt and fought for him to get paid properly, which I think he got dinged for $60. Like I said, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and moved on and hoped he would do better with my next client. That story will be posted on a separate review.

Great experience from start to finish. Kaleb was extremely helpful and professional. He provided me with a accurate quote which was a flat rate. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He promised the truck and crew would arrive at 9am and they were on time. His entire team of Kaleb himself, amo, and Marcello were amazing!We were nervous as we were moving from Toronto back home to Sault Ste. Marie and they made the entire process a breeze. We have received several quote from other companies and Kaleb was by far the most fair priced.Highly recommended to all my friends and family!
