Very pleasant experience, end-to-end. We had an emergency late night and they were the first ones to call back. Ed took over from there and coordinated, entered all the pertinent information, and showed up in the time-slot that was agreed upon. After diagnosis, Ed was very upfront about the cost and process they follow. The fix ended up taking a couple of hours and after it was done, he called back and provided pictures and assessment of the work done. Overall, I was very satisfied with how professional he was. I would highly recommend based on my experience. Very reliable, dependable, and professional. Keep up the good work!

I contacted this plumbing company immediately after another company cancelled my scheduled appointment because of someone else’s plumbing emergency. I had already been waiting three days for the appointment.Within minutes after contacting them online and explaining my situation I was given a same day appointment and confirmation by text message informing me of the time that they be sending a technician to my home. Prior to the technician’s arrival I also received a message telling me who they would be sending and in that message they also provided me with a brief bio on him and his photo. I thought it was a very professional and considerate jester for the company to do.The technician arrived at the exact time I was expecting him. He assessed the situation and explained in detail what the problem was and provided me with a quote prior to proceeding with the job. The problem ended up being much bigger than I expected so the technician suggested that we take care of the immediate issue and offered suggestions as to what my next steps should be going forward. I live in an old house with old galvanized pipes.I was very happy with the technician, the service I received and the company’s client interaction.

We have Out of this World three times. Each time they have arrived on time (or early - always confirming first). They are always very clear about the work they are going to perform and its cost prior to doing anything. I can't speak to value because the work has always been so good we have not felt the need to shop around.

I needed to replace a leaking spigot in my garage. The cost of someone JUST TO SHOW UP and provide an estimate is $89.Plumber arrived on time. Took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. Obviously, I showed him the leaking spigot! The total cost for the job (including the $89 show up fee" was approx $650. Totally ridiculous!! I paid the $89. This will be my last ever payment I will be making to DS Plumbing. I will never use them again!!BTW!! When I asked that they provide me an estimate for the cost of the job at the time I called to book the appointment

5/5 stars for customer service, response time (same day service), and quality of work when Sarah installed a drain for our new kitchen sink. However, we paid just under $600 to have the work done which is significantly more than other quotes we had received. We needed the work done today and paid the price for it I guess. Bottom line is that we are happy with the work but we also feel slightly robbed because of the price we paid. Before and after photos below.

He was able to find the problem quickly and efficiently replaced our kitchen sink plumbing bringing it up to code. Excellent work and so polite and helpful in answering my questions. James was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ran my through my options and was very clearly knowledgeable about the issue. Very impressed and a repeat customer for sure.

Had a partial drain blockage. They got back to me quickly and had Austin come to the house. Once he finished, the drain was visibly flowing much faster than I was able to get with a simple snake and boiling water. He also recommended replacing our main shutoff because its deaign was more prone to leakage. He offered relevant maintenance tips to prevent future blockages. Very happy so far, and would use them again.
