I hired Alpha Flooring to replace the damaged flooring and baseboard, and paint the walls in my condo in Toronto after the old tenant left. Arthur was very responsive and was able to come see the place the same evening since I had to leave town. He brought a bunch of samples and a lot of expertise and advice. He was not pushy, and gave me time to consult with my wife over the phone and arrive at a decision. He measured and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Zero time wasted. I approved the project and he gave me a very specific timeline for the following week. He took care of booking the service elevator at my building, got the new material in, removed the old material and took care of the dumping. He even put a deposit from his own pocket for the elevator. The work was completed on time and the finished product looked great. He was reasonably priced and we came to agreement fairly easily. I would definitely recommend his work to anyone looking for similar project. He is honestly a refreshing reminder that good honest contractors still exist.
