A bagel BELT in other Tim Hortons is $5.29 with an egg. The bagel BELT in this Tim Hortons is $5.99 without egg. Today was the second time they did it and it was the only two times I have ordered bagel BELT from this Tim Hortons, and will be my last time. I normally go to a different store even this one was on my way to work, because in the past they never got my mobile order ready on time, not a single time. This store is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been visited in the entire province. I gave them one star not because of my last visit. I have counted all my visits in the last two year, about 9 out of 9 times I was unhappy with either their services or product.

This location can't make a double double for the absolute life of them. Been going here each morning for the last 3 months. I've maybe had 10 decent coffees that don't have grinds in them or happen to be made correctly..

Today morning I ordered a Canadian Bagel BLT meal and this is what I got, I only saw it when I reached to work, so disappointed! The store wasn’t even busy when I bought it ! This is not even good ?

I had a terrible experience with this Tim Hortons branch. I have been facing issues since before June 21, 2023, including cups being delivered all bent and coffee spilled all over my car, wrong items or misinformation, and being overcharged twice on two consecutive days. I have reached out to the branch almost every day with proof by sending emails, but nothing was done. Today, I called the store again, and the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, offering only to put my name on a board for a free coffee and muffin next time. I told her that I don't want to go back there; I just want the overcharged money back on my card.My suggestion is to stay away from this branch.

Sign in the window saying they prefer debit/credit yet there machines is down again and only providing cash service. Supporting digital currency is unacceptable.. also not putting a sign outside letting people know in advance that they’re only excepting cash. Makes people wait 10 to 15 minutes to find out, again unacceptable. Charging me $.50 to add chipotle sauce to my bagel Belt lt is again unacceptable.

I've been to TIM Hortons a lot recently.  I've tried a variety of their coffees, and I must say that I absolutely love every flavourI've tried so far. I've also been to a lot of other locations for coffee. However, TIM is now my top pick. In comparison to all the coffee I have tried, I would rank it as the best. I don't think this place is at all pricey.This location is definitely worthy in terms of quality, quantity, and price. Attempt their donuts as well. They are absolutely worth trying because they taste great. They also offer a wide variety of other goods. I believe everyone should go and try it out at least once.

The staff is too agitated and disrespectful all the time. I visited this tims more than 50 times while coming back from my work always hoping to get a good drink. They never mix sugar in the coffee.The other day I waited for 15 mins in drive thru. They never serve on time.

If I could give this location 0 I would. They never have items on their menu, especially steeped tea.I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to be told they couldn't serve me because they had no steeped tea

I usually always go to this location without much issue but went in Sunday morning to get 2 breakfast wrap combos. Paid almost $26 and they handed me one wrap and a hash brown with a bite taken out of it! They insisted that I had to pay again for the other combo. I refused and said I’m not paying again so my boyfriend paid for the second combo I already paid for. Completely ignorance from drive thru employees.
