I’ve used Rick many times over the years on my own vehicles as well as purchased multiple gift certificates from him for other people. The quality of his work has gone down the last few times though. Don’t get me, they still look pretty good, but nowhere’s near the bar that he set in the past. The last car I got detailed by him was fairly clean before it went in but when my wife got it back it had streaky windows, dust in many places inside still etc. I purchased the full meal deal, interior shampoo and everything even though vehicle has leather interior. If I’m going to pay top dollar, I expect top quality… or At least the same quality as Im used to getting from him. He also doesn’t like answering his phone, and his answering machine is hit or miss which can make redeeming those expensive gift certificates fun at times.

I was disappointed with the detailing he did to a Toyota I just bought from someone. The carpet was dirty, I managed to vacuum up sand and dirt, windows had streaks and mildew and the car still smelled of smoke. There was dirt in vents and in cup holders, I resolved to clean it myself. I would not recommend this service.
