Bob Mitchell was the gentleman that assisted my sister and I while looking for a new refrigerator. My sister is deaf so has some challenges in communicating but Bob was very attentive to her specific requirements and made her feel very comfortable and respected. We now have a new fridge and had a wonderful experience as well thank you Bob.

Website was informative and accurately indicated inventory levels. Store was well equipped with floor models and we were able to pick up the product we wanted the same day (as compared to prepaying and waiting for delivery from factory like other stores required). Salesperson (Brent) was very knowledgable, helpful, and provided some valuable tips on assembly and operations in a pressure free interaction. We will definitely look Brent up next time as he was very approachable and easy to work with by making people feel comfortable.

Amazing experience at Trail Appliances yesterday with the purchase of our new Napoleon BBQ. Brent was a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and assisted with the selection of the bbq suitable for us. He took the time to have great conversations with us while browsing. Shannon assisted us with finding a built version and within a half hour arranged delivery for us on the same day!! Asia was lovely in supporting our transaction. Such a personable team who made our shopping experience so enjoyable! Purchase made at 12:30 - fully assembled bbq on our deck by 3:30 delivered by a great team! Thank you to all of you!!!
