Friendly staff. Asked about Halal options but they did not have any so they recommended vegetarian. Training staff forgot to give poutine, so I asked and they quickly made mine and were wearing proper gloves. To prevent vandalism the bathrooms had a code on it, however there was still a bit of toilet paper in the stall of the bathroom.Overall a pretty good experience.

It is very sad, I just arrived in Canada, I tried to buy here, since I do not have a car, I went through the self-service, the girls did not speak to me, I leaned out the glass and asked them. please help me and they didn't want, they hid, it's really very frustrating, disappointing and humiliating as I have to walk to get there not to be cared for and treated that way, They should be willing to serve all kinds of people with or without a car

Served us old stale burgers ...onions rings were raw inside and the service was not very good..... When we complained they looked at us as if we came from Mars ...interior very dated and not very clean....Suggest you cook the burgers and other items to order so it's fresh like Wendy's

Went in for a late night burger take-out with my wife. Noticed Jose had an in training badge on below his name tag. I must say he provided one of my best experiences at any Harvey's restaurant. We ordered 2 Angus Burger meals and he made them perfectly, thanks again Jose.

I came during the afternoon. The tall guy with the black hair had the best customer service I have ever seen in ages. He drew a smiley face on my burger. I think his name is Dav. Love that guy and the burger was great with that smile.

Love Harvey's! I'm dissapointed though that they changed their cheese to processed slices. I appreciated the real cheese. The location near me (Geneva St, St. Catharines) has been declining though over the last few months. Multiple occasions where the onion rings were raw or overcooked and their buns/burgers were rock hard. Almost like they were pre-cooked hours before then nuked in a microwave at the time over order. I was reimbursed and reassured it wouldn't happen again but it has. Also recieved a black, burnt burger as well. However, if you go to another location you won't be dissapointed!UPDATE: The Geneva Street location in St Catharines is constantly messing up the meal. They miss complete items and don't even put them in the bag and then the items they do put in the bag do not have the correct things on them. Tonight my kids walked the 20 minutes to Harvey's as we hadnt ordered there in a while. Figured we'd give it another chance because it's been a few months and maybe things have changed in that time but sure enough same problem. My daughter noticed at the time that they didn't put any of our dipping sauces in so thankfully she pointed that out on the spot but when they got the food home We were missing an entire meal, both the burger and the fry of the meal and then the planter for the kids meal and then we had two of the burgers with the incorrect items on top. I tried to call twice but got the. Voicemail. Point being is clearly this location has not changed as simple mistakes are still being made and I will no longer be ordering from this location.
