Great customer service who actually cares ab the gym environment. Great guy Cody was helping me get my membership ready. Very kind, respectful, and upfront (not beating around the bush with hidden fees and such). We need more people like Cody in this world!

You walk in and your greeted by a friendly staff all over. The manager Sarah always comes through and Patrick a personal trainer there I’ve trained with gets you the results you need. Gym has a boxing place with yoga, A basketball court, biking area, sauna, swimming pool and a hot tub. Everything you need to get your dream body. Memberships are affordable for what they provide. The girl who working tonight is extremely rude and have no manners, she kept coming to the spa/pool as of 10:30 pm and wants to kick everyone out, kept coming back every 5 minutes, that was a kind of harassment.She must get fired and replace her with someone else who should a good side manners and customer service.You need to watch out these new staff members.

The general manager at la fitness was so helpful and nice, I went from feeling intimidated about joining the gym to being so excited to start this new journey. I can’t give enough good reviews about how great this gym is everyone from the management to the personal training staff to the front desk are so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is thinking about starting their new fitness journey. Not to mention the extremely clean facility and always accessible machines. Just started My personal training journey on Monday with Patrick. I never used to working out at the gym by myself it has taken me a long time to decide to join the gym again but Patrick The personal trainer is such a wise intelligent man has shown me that there’s nothing to be intimidated by at the gym.Can’t wait to start my personal training sessions!

Staff and place are absolutely great! Mr. Kosta helped us amazingly! So nice, accommodative, fast and efficient ! So nice to come back to LA Fitness after a long pandemic related break! Nice, clean, not crowded place. Great experience!

I love the variety of equipment in here. It’s like they have every machine ever made. But sadly, that’s the only good thing about it. Everything is just so dirty!! It smelled bad in here, no ventilation so it felt super stuffy, the dumbbell rack was so dusty and rusty, along with all other machines. It’s like nothing here is ever cleaned by the staff. Again, I wanted to like it because of all the machines, but it’s just not a comfortable or clean environment.

Out of all the LA Fitness locations I've been to, the Appleby location undoubtedly stands out. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness and the inviting staff, as well their interactive classes. Josh and Patrick in particular demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in this field & are always welcoming. I strongly recommend this gym to individuals of all fitness levels!

Friendly team and awesome set up. Special mention to my trainer Stephen - he was very accommodating, challenged/taught me and helped me a lot with my overall fitness. Also, really enjoy the Aqua Fit class taught by Jennifer….low impact on your joints, but gets your body moving! Happy to be a member of this gym!

One of my favorite gym locations. The club pride always keep it so clean and tidy, the workers are always awake and lively. I appreciate all that the staff do. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I am happy that the people who work here are so helpful, patient and kind. Keep up the great work.

Love this gym! Excellent facility, it has all the equipment I need to stay in shape. Plus a basketball court. Kosta is the man here always delivering excellent service and helpful in answering any questions.
