I was not approved for my application. When I went to get the copies of my personal information back from them e.i. my pay stubs etc. On the secretary's desk were printed pictures from Facebook and Instagram, pictures of me on vacation, portraits of my husband and I, my group family photo with my parents. When I asked why she had them she informed me they want to know what I look like and what my husband looks like.I didn't see what that mattered considering they had my pay stubs that showed I alone make way more than 3x the rent, you have my drivers license number and references. Why did they need to see what I or my husband looked like. Why would you go through my social media accounts?After that I was glad I was not approved but what's is they didn't even tell me why.I have good credit, great income. Was there something in my photo you didn't like?

We lived here for 3 years, during this time we had bedbugs, our storage locker was broken into twice, our mailbox was broken into, the caretaker changed every year (we had 4 in 3 years), the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. We could hear our next door neighbors blow their nose, shower, have relations, etc. Also upon move out we were burned, on our move in we noted a stain on our carpet, they called it a burn upon move out. When we tried contacting them telling them they're charging us on semantics of a word we got yelled at! We also got dinged for holes on our suite door that were from previous tenants security. Our move in caretaker told us it was nothing to worry about (he only had 2 more days with kayfour). TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!! Who knows how many times they charged tenants for the same things over and over again.

I wish i could give minus star however i can't. Their management is completely terrible. Me and my wife stayed at 66 morrow ave and moved out at the end of July 2019. The manager who showed the apartment unit before we moved in in 2016 he noted there is a stain on the master bedroom carpet. The manager who checked the apartment unit before we moved out this summer she saw the stain on the carpet however she called it burn and they charge us for that. We told to lady who called it a burn that is not a burn its a stain however she didn't change it. It was not our fault and we are paying it now. I called their office and the manager was not even listening what i was saying. She didn't even care. I am not gonna be rich with what they charge to fix that carpet however if they do this to every single client, it s not good.Hope, people, who ever is staying or planning to stay at their suits, will read what they sign and go after their money.

Worst building in the Winnipeg and their staff all are frauds. Beware from this. Very bad condition of apartments. If you are an innocent person they will steal your money. I cant explain my whole experience here. But please stay away you will be in trouble seriously.

Not a great property company to get a place with! Most suite arent updated mold issues where they don't care! I don't recommend them

Kay Four Properties has been managing our strip mall for many years. They are ethical and act as a fiduciary in all respects. They are well versed in the all aspects of leasing and maintaining the property. They understand the type of tenant we need when one does vacate and work tirelessly to find the right fit. Being an absent owner in another province they communicte with us as needed and I feel assured that they are working on my behalf. I would highly recommend them as a property manager.

I lived in Kay four properties from Sep 2016 to Feb 2018. I paid them on time and lived ok. But when i left the apartment, i left it pretty clean, washed carpet from professional people, cleaned everything very nicely.But at the time security refund they charged me almost $300 for nothing. The first thing they said nail paint on fridge might be half inch diameter charged me $40! Then it was little pale in the cooking area! Which was a normal wear!

Anna is by far the worst

Worst company I have ever rented from in my life. Could never get them to come do maintenance. The suite we were in was old and all the cupboards and doors were not only broken but covered in mud when we moved in. The caretaker was useless. We got charged for a clogged bathtub at night rates even though they waited 2 weeks to send a plumber. When we moved out they charged us for a light bulb replacement. They lied to us when we viewed the place and saw traps, and asked if they for were bedbugs. Which we had 3 times in 2 years. This company will rob you any chance they get. If I could give a 0 rating I would. DO NOT RENT FROM KAYFOUR.
