The location is perfect and the service was excellent! We found all the moving supplies we needed and even discovered some we didn't even knew existed.

Despicable service. Based on 2 visits within a week. Single man at the counter, overwhelmed, with insufficient training. Waited close to 30 minutes the first time and 1 hour 15 minutes the second time around (nobody in front of me).During my first visit, I pointed out that what I was being charged was more than the posted price, but there was nothing the poor employee was able to do about it. I mentioned same to the manager, and I scheduled a meet with the supervisor for reimbursement. She failed to show up for our meet without advising, and she attempted to coach her new(er) employee by phone while I was at the counter.Long story short: poor service at the counter, long wait times, employees not properly trained, and lousy customer service.I will definitely visit a different point of service in the future, even if out of my way.

Really great staff, friendly and helpful. Only thing is the lack of inventory with the moving trucks. It’s likely a Canada wide issue but would like to see more truck inventory in the future!

This has to be the slowest service I've ever seen. If you actually don't want to wait an hour for your truck and an hour to give back the truck I suggest you go elsewhere.

Terrible service all around. We booked a truck for June 30th and were told (and confirmed multiple times) that we would pay $20 for the full day inter-city.When we went to get our truck, there was only one person at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting to pick up our reserved truck, another client came in. Another 5 minutes later one other employee showed up and serviced the people that came in after us, despite clearly acknowledging us at the front of the line, clearly waiting.When we were finally serviced, the rep told us we would have to pay $375 for the day because it was $20 PER HOUR, not for the day. Apparently this was a policy during busy season that was changed on June 24 (until July 5) without telling us.Upon returning the truck, with a bit more fuel than when we picked up the truck, the rep checking the truck tried to convince us we returned it with LESS. After arguing that we did not burn half a tank in 30km, he finally realized his error.Apparently we would get a $70 refund, despite returning the truck 4.5 hours early. The refund should have been $150 for the much earlier return, based on their $20/hr rate.We waited for over an hour for them to figure their own info out.Do not use uHaul if you can get around it because they are inaccurate with how much they charge you, they waste your time while you are waiting for them to fix their own errors, and they try to make you out to be an idiot the entire time.
