The guys at the store are good people, you won’t find better.But do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Pacific Energy inserts.The Chinese fans are garbage. I’ve burned out 6 since I bought the 1.6 in 2018 and now the current two are shot.And if you look online at the various reviews you’ll find it’s a permanent problem with this product.

I am really torn on this review. Have to admit that right off the bat. The guys in the store are great, it's the product (and company) that they sell that I have problems with. I paid good money for a stove, and the blowers burned out in the first year. They replaced them no charge, but of course the second year, they burned out again. No surprise. My warranty is now up and I have been dropped as a customer. No offense to the guys in the store, I honestly believe they did what they could. It's just a shame the companies they deal with won't stand behind their products, or make them out of parts that last.

Worked with Sean to get a natural gas freestanding fireplace put in where a pellet stove used to be. They recommended a fireplace similar to a floor model and had it shipped and installed in under 2 weeks, in December. When I asked about a discrepancy with the bill, he looked into it. Overall I was really happy with everything and wish I had done it sooner.

The woodstove my family and me got from here works really well at keeping me and my family warm. This is a great business overall 10/10 I would most definitely recommend getting a fireplace from here.
