Shoppers Drug Mart

Called into Pharmacy and was on hold for 20 minutes. Decided to call in with another phone while on hold on the other. On the first phone, the pharmacist picks up and asks me to please hold and immediately back on hold. 15 minutes later, my other phone is picked up for literally 1 second, hello" and before I could even unmute myself

For a drug store that is this huge... its a little disappointing as their rarely have the meds that we need... either no stock or sold out... needs a little more focus on keeping what is needed instead of the cosmetics that is so extensively stocked!

Rude staff. My girlfriend was taking her money out to pay and she was counting her cash to give the right amount and the clerk just grabs the cash out of her hand.

I lived close to this pharmacy for more than 10 years and unfortunately the level of service at this place gets worst and worst year after year. Most times there are no cashiers to be found anywhere in the store and their self checkout machines are sometimes out of order as well. Post office always has ridiculously long line ups and they don’t always open based on the operating hours they have listed.

Mailing a package and was told that i need to go back because it’s almost closing. Please go to anothet Canada post location, slow service

I want to give 0 out of 5. I went to pharmacy and tried to ask the front desk for otc medication. The Chinese woman pharmacist was extremely rude. She was standing behind the shelf. I tried to call her for help. She pretended that she was busy and didn’t see any customer waiting at the front. I decided to leave and went to other pharmacy. I will never come back to this place and purchase anything from shopper drug mart.

Posting a review about the pharmacy here. We ordered a vaccine shot here for our son without realizing our paediatrician made a mistake on the prescription (never understand his handwriting anyway). When we noticed that it was not the right vaccine at our appointment, we still didn't realize it was actually our paedi’s error, NOT the pharmacy’s. We went back to the pharmacy and the assistant there patiently explained to me the situation, the pharmacist also reviewed and confirmed our paedi’s original prescription. The pharmacist was also understanding and he kindly refunded me the charge despite it was not their error.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering what I can only describe as the worst customer service ever at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a loyal customer, I had always held this establishment in high regard, but my recent encounter left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, the staff members I interacted with displayed a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. It seemed as though they were disinterested in assisting me and were more focused on their own personal conversations. He even went on to speaking to another staff member in Farsi expressing negative comments about me personally because they both didn’t know I spoke Persian and thought I wouldn’t understand. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I was met with indifference and a clear lack of interest in addressing my concerns.The level of knowledge demonstrated by the staff was shockingly inadequate. It was evident that they lacked the necessary training and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.This lack of attention to detail only added to my frustration and left me questioning the overall management of the store.Furthermore, when I attempted to escalate my concerns to a supervisor or manager, I was met with further disappointment. The individual I spoke with seemed uninterested in hearing about my negative experience and offered no apologies or solutions to address the issue.. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation only reinforced my belief that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive assistance when needed. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Shoppers Drug Mart left me feeling undervalued and unimportant. The appalling level of customer service left a lasting negative impression.I sincerely hope that Shoppers Drug Mart takes this review seriously and recognizes the need for immediate improvements. As a longtime customer, I believe in giving feedback with the hope that it will lead to positive changes. However, based on my recent experience, I would strongly caution others against visiting this particular location until significant improvements are made in terms of customer service and overall store management.

The closest shoppers drug mart to my home , I went for prescription medications with sick child, medications was ready but pharmacist didn’t care at all that I am waiting. I was patient waited, she had 3 phone talking , I was hearing it was not so important she was just laughing at the telephone, then I said send us first , she become extremely rude , throw the prescription on me, she didn’t care about my child’s health and life which is totally not professional.
