I usually never leave reviews but for this place I just had to they were amazing to deal with. So i needed new appliances for my newly renovated home so i went to Mona Appliances and i do not regret that at all. amazing prices on there stuff and best of all amazing customer service, i love when a place has good customer service. I chose out whatever i needed and they had it delivered directly to my home. They were so cautious and careful doing the delivery. Thank you for such a great job! would for sure recommend getting your appliances from here!!!

I got a fridge here and it's in great shape, and the price was very reasonable. Start to finish it was a great experience, they delivered it as well and brought it all the way into the basement for us even though they didn't have to. If I ever need appliances again, this is where I'll go.

I was in need of a new washer and dryer. After going to all other appliance shops, the people at Mona appliances helped me find exactly what I needed. The employees made sure I was happy with my purchase and even delivered it straight to my house. Made the process much easier and would recommend anyone looking for appliances to check them out.

The Floor Manager CT was exceptionally helpful with my family search of new appliances. CT was able to find us top quality appliances that fit our budget and standards at the same time. I would urge everyone in the area to visit CT if they are looking for any sort of appliances in the area.He always has his the customers priorities placed first.

We bought a used washer and dryer combo recently at a good price including delivery. It was was delivered at the time they promised. We later realized the washer didn’t work. However they kept their word and came back two days later and resolved the problem. We recommend this business to anyone looking for used appliances.

This is a fantastic place to buy excellent quality used appliances. Fridge is working great ..bought my stove and the element went in the oven ,they replaced the element for me right away ..such great customer service..I highly 00recommend them!!

I’ve been to a couple of appliance stores and this store had the best service. The worker named CT helped me and my family find what we needed in our new house. Do call before and ask if Ct is working because he makes sure the customer leaves happy.

The owner is wonderful, and very helpful, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. My friend has shopped around a couple places and he gave us an awesome deal for a washer and dryer set. Was able to get it delivered and hooked up the next day.
