Stood behind me while I did my etransfer, had to ask them to leave the room. I was not happy with all the confusion and chaos they both got into, saying they were trying to help. I do etransfers all the time, all they were doing was annoying and a hindrence and invading my privacy while doing my banking. Was not happy with the man at all. He was totally impatient and jumpy.

I am a disabled veteran ,amputee and recently had a major malfunction with my power wheelchair breaking down on a local trail .I contacted Laura at motion who not only offered assistance from their staff but set the wheels in motion with veterans affairs to ensure I was provided with the necessary authorization to deal with my situation .My chair had blown the two motors and was unserviceable.Laura and her staff made the necessary arrangements for a chair to be delivered to my residence within 24 hours .Bravo Zulu to the amazing staff for their exemplary service and thank you so much

Purchased a stair lift for my wife. Mark was very thorough in accessing our needs and recommended a unit that was within our budget. He was very understanding and arranged a quick installation for us. I was a PSW for over 10 years and observed many of Motion’s products and services in use daily during my work.Now that it is us that need the help, I knew who to call.

My husbands brand new wheelchair cushion and bearings both broke simultaneously. We called into get service and I was told they didn’t stock the bearings and casters. I informed them I was told by the salesman that they would be in stock. When you use a wheelchair fulltime and it breaks down you are literally stuck. They sourced out used parts which my husband had to cobble together. They loaned him a cushion to small for his chair. We ended up borrowing a better fit from a friend than what they provided.We returned from holidays and my husband was very sick. He also is full of pressure sores. Had to cancel there appt to fix his wheelchair as he was in the hospital. They were very upset that this happened. They called today after an email confirmation that they would be coming on Tuesday late morning to confirm again with me. I apprised them yes I had replied and she said she didn’t have it confirmed. She also stated she didn’t have a correct number for me. I have had the one and only number for years which she called me on.Short story is they can sell you anything but follow through isn’t there strong suit. That is the most important part by far. They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep.

Working as a client with Jessica was extremely satisfactory. Her professionalism an knowledge base as a technician is highly proficient. Her approach to tasks are fully followed through without shortcuts or missteps. She can translate the highly technical language to a common man's understanding without speaking down or in a belittling type way. She has much patience with a clients concerns or questions an provides a full solution . She guides well through the options an choices letting you choose whats best for you an just not deciding for you. She will explain any billing or pending charges so youre not caught off guard in any way an let you proceed at youre own discretion . I had another app with another tech later but while in the area she stepped up an addressed all the glitch's an had everything soon running like a Swiss watch. So instead of me stressing an worrying the pure sense of relief she gave me was invaluable. Im in a group home so I have also seen how well she deals with the other residents an I've heard their input on her (all good) If I had something to say Negative about her I would but dealing with her for a few years now it was about time I recognized how above an beyond she goes for a client and its time I let you folks know it too.

We recently had our stairlift repaired here and found them to be very good. The office staff Cindy and Laura, were very pleasant and helpful getting the job completed..Technicians Mike and Jason were very professional and knowledgeable. Great job, thanks.

After making numerous calls/inquiries to various businesses for my mom to our hare a walker, I connected with Adrienne at Belleville location. Simply put, WOW!!!! She has an unsurpassed customer focussed approach. Mom was able to be assessed by an Occupational Therapist, have ADP claim completed & purchase a walker ALL in the SAME DAY!! Mom was also interested in a particular walker that her friend had & Adrienne even ordered one in for mom to try out. She ended up with another model. Lots of information, instruction, compassion etc etc. Mom lives near Peterborough - we weren’t able to find this level of service or same day approach anywhere. Highly, highly recommend Adrienne - call her - I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent experience! Sales person, Mark, was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived promptly for our initial visit then stayed in touch throughout the process. The installer, Jason, was lovely! Knew what he was doing, professional, helpful and chatty at times. Highly recommend Motion!

I work up the street at a Retirement Residence and I was referred to Motion by seniors in our community. Since that time, I have recommended Motion to many families that are in need for walkers, wheelchairs and all other sorts of mobility aids. The staff at Motion has been above and beyond helpful and timely in their delivery. Their products are top-notch and are able to offer a variety of all different types of ableism. They also are were generous in their time to give back to our community by having a walker clinic at Chartwell Bayview for our residents. Thank you for all you do! I would highly recommend!
