They havent been returning my calls or emails to schedule pickups. I am going to just assume they are closed. I didnuse them a couple of times andnit was ok. But since Cocid, looks like maybe they closed their doors.

Got overcharged and did not receive any refund after phone call communication. They promised to send a receipt via email but I did not receive any receipt so far.
