I had it on Fri. and this 3 marks is only for the taste even though I'm not a big fan of kfc.. its only like 3 min. away from my house, no choice. As the worst part, your chicken was the SMALLEST I have ever had in my whole life! On the bright side though, I and my wife had 12 pcs and we could have them all for the supper, the previous record was 7 and we beat it. I don't have another complaints about like service, etc. because I know you have only 2 or 3 on the back having not enough manpower to get rated as 5 star joint, but please work on the size of chicken to make your customers happier. Thanks.

1st time ordering in this location since moving to Paris on. 2 yrs ago, ordered online for pick up, went their on time and when I got there they said they have no chicken to cook. Lol! They gave a refund though so that's the only good thing. I went to Popeyes chicken instead up the hill, and it was great.

This is the second time I have been to this location only to find out they don’t have chicken. Friday night wanted to pick up a bucket. Arrived at 8:15 pm store closes at 9 pm . Wait 5 min before employee at counter even acknowledges I’m there only to find out I can only have popcorn chicken or a chicken sandwich. Hello I thought his was a chicken restaurant!!! It’s not like I was there 5 min before closing. Won’t be back.

Ordered a meal online and it said ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Went to the store and it was closed. Emailed and called them directly and gave my order number. I asked for a refund and still to this day have never got a refund. This is absolutely a disgrace for a restaurant of this calibre.Now it has been a few months and will not return to this store or any for that matter. Hopefully someone will listen but I doubt it.

Called ahead, placed a order and was given a time for pick up and due to under staffing the order was not ready when I arrived. The crew working was insufficient for the amount of orders. I recommend patrons find an alternative until the owner staffs the establishment appropriately.

Thought I'd give KFC a go... They thought better as they apparently close at 7?!!! LMAO... but actually more like 6:30 I guess as by 6:45 it was closed.What a joke.

Not even sure where to start with this review. I’ve come here on multiple occasions just because it is so close to me but I’ve started now just doing the drive to Kitchener because of his bad this location is. The staff never even acknowledge you when you walk in, the food is NEVER ready on time. I asked for my hot wings to be mostly flats if that was possible and they gave me all drumsticks? It felt like it was almost out of spite? But I’ve never been rude to the employees even though their service is HORRIBLE. Just don’t come here

Showed up at the time the confirmation email said the food would be ready, in 15min. Waited another 20min, during that time not one person came in the store... it was not busy. When i arrived the 2 employees stood out back talking for 5min before coming to the counter which really didn't matter i guess since i had to wait anyway.Then they forgot the fries so had to cook them from frozen. While the fries were cooking the employees started cleaning up and wiping down counters, which is great... but change your gloves after you've been cleaning! That didn't happen and then they preceded to serve the fries while wearing the same gloves they were just cleaning with.So all was ready to go and packed up, gave me my food and was on my way... but wait, they forgot the drinks.35min total for the order? Needless to say, not a good experience at kfc!

Went at 11:45 very busy with high school kids. I was told they did not have mayo so I had to go with pepper mayo. My sandwich was not very good and I would not order it again. If you are going to eat stick with the greasy bucket and green coleslaw. No TV with cp24 either that is a must.

Closes too early. 7pm on a Friday? We were in at, what I would consider dinnertime, 6:15 and couldn't get what we wanted because they told us they were closing earlier tonight. Don't know why when the store was packed with people in line wanting to order from them!
