Dynamic Polymer Solutions

I worked there for 10 months. I started in July 2020 through a temp service that wouldn't allow me to work over time because they didn't pay time and a half. After getting hired in, I was rewarded with 12 hour shifts with no breaks. I worked second shift which was ran by the laziest father/son duo ever. I did have some awesome coworkers, but that place is a complete dumpster fire.

Wonderful place, very professional staff, very attractive plant manager as well. Doesn't matter, but certainly doesn't hurt. Best maintenance around, also.

A coworker of mine got hired at this place for maintenance and explained to me that his interviewer was okay with his lack of Maintenance experience, he's 22 years old, so I called Polymer Solutions as I understood they still had a maintenance position available for midnights and were desperate to find anybody to work for them so I explained on Polymers voicemail exactly what my buddy explained to me and added that I have a little bit of experience but not much more. Due to the fact I'm 44 years old and have maintained all the machines I've ran I can say I have some experience but like my buddy, never held a maintenance position. Later somebody from Polymer Solutions texted my buddy and claimed that I bad mouthed him and tried to take his new job. I am personally driving to polymer Solutions at my earliest convenience to confront the snake in the grass management that damaged my reputation with my pass coworker. He actually made yesterday his last day because he's so mad at me over something that didn't even happen, thanks to the management at Polymer Solutions
