My first deal with Calvert has officially funded and I have to say I am incredibly impressed with the service received. Garrett and I had a video meeting to inform me on Calverts products and processes and I left the meeting thinking wow this must be a lot of talk and too good to be true. But quite frankly, he delivered on every front that we discussed in our meeting.The approval and internal appraisal were done quicker than my expectations, Garrett was very on the ball with collecting documents from me and following up to make sure I was still on track after approval, he was accommodating during doc collection when the client had a hard time accessing CRA website, and from what I heard was professional and friendly on his call with the client. At this point I felt very confident that things would go off without a hitch, and then received an email update that the file was funded and confirming the broker commission and address it would be sent to which was the cherry on top of the experience!

Working with the team at Calvert was a dream. It was like a rejuvenating spa-experience for Mortgage Brokers. Honestly, it was my favorite deal of the year by far.
