Mia from Lifebeats in Alliston is professional, personable, and so knowledgeable. This CPR & First Aid course has given me the confidence to respond in emergency situations. This course is such a valuable experience and asset to have no matter the reason behind your intentions for taking it. I highly recommend Lifebeats for anyone looking.

Mia is absolutely wonderful - she taught a group of 10 of us, very hands on, her teaching skills are easy for all to understand. I finished the course feeling confident in myself, and my abilities to help out if I were ever in a situation where CPR or the use of a defibrillator were required. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced.

Excellent training experience. Complex situations are explained very simply so that confidence is felt. Mia is a wonderful teacher - very engaging!

Mia is a very knowledgeable instructor with over 30 years experience in teaching first aid and CPR. You can count on her up to date skills and equipment . This class was fun and interactive! Our team learned way more than expected!

This wasn't my time doing a first aid and CPR class, but it was the first time with Mia, Mia is truly the best teacher ive had, 100% recommend her business if your looking for a class!!

Mia was such a great instructor, she made the course easy to understand. i would definitely recommend life beats for getting your first aid or CPR course.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but unfortunately my experience with Lifebeats has been negative regarding the actually registration and upload of my course completions. I received my temporary slips but never the real certificate and when i called the LifeSaving Society they told me Mia never registered me.I had been told by mia there was delay from Covid and to follow up later. When i followed up again with the actual Society that is when i learned nothing was even registered to my name. To this day i have emailed Mia, called and contacted on social media to receive even just my First Aid Certificate (as now the CPR would be expired) and i have received no help. Not sure if I am the only one who has had this happen but what a scam for money and a huge waste of time trying to get my certification. In short, I competed the course and paid but never got my certification or money back at this point. Hoping that reaching out this way may return an answer/solution.

The most interactive least boring 2 day course I've taken.And I've taken a few of these classes over the years.You can tell Mia has done this before.Comfort and fun really take control with her teaching this stuff.I feel I took more in, and will remeber more than all the other courses I attended.Put my BlueJay hat on, and get a Dairy Queen ice cream at the end of the Day.I feel more confident in myself to do the correct action than I ever have.A++
