Brian was sent out by the manufacturer to fix the leaks and other issues a brand new tub in this price range shouldn't have. He was the first and only technician showing up when he said he would and the only one who actually had tools. All other companies so far had no clue at all, walking away from the job, because it was too much work. Some companies just called me, to let me know they will not even show up, since I didn't purchase the tub from them. New Brunswick is a lousy service desert"! Brian is a very different experience; he is a gem! Very professional
