First time I've used them, albeit for a relatively simple watch job.Staff/Owners were really friendly and eager to help. They did the job there & then and gave me excellent advice for future reference, all at a really affordable price. I would definitely use again in the future. Thanks

A good old-fashioned jewellers who know how to work with an old piece of jewellery. This is the place to restring some pearls, resize a ring, polish silver etc.

I went to Boormans Jewellers to have a stone replaced in a special ring. Their service was excellent and very professional. Every care was taken of getting the right stone for me and the finished ring looked brilliant! The price was excellent - much less than what I expected. In all a most worth while experience with a very lovely family run business. I highly recommend this jewellers. Thank you from one very pleased customer :-)

They do watch batteries at a realistic price and they do water pressure tests on expensive watches. Keep it up

The diamond in my wife's engagement ring fell out due to damage to one of the four class. We took it to Boormans whom were incredibly caring and advised that they could send it to their workshop to fix. It was suggested that the claw could be replaced, or further additions made to secure the diamond more permanently. After a few days we received a call to advise that adding the extra structure to secure the diamond would alter the shape of the ring which includes a small heart. We asked for the claw to be added as it originally was. We really appreciated this advice as it gave us the full information to make the decision. We went with the original claw to preserve the shape of the ring. This was done very quickly and was a great price too. The staff were very friendly throughout and the shop itself was clean and tidy. The resident cat was super friendly too, following us around for more tickles! I would highly recommend and will be back if I need any jewellery or further work done.

I was initially recommended to Boormans jewellers by a friend. She volunteered in a Knaphill charity shop. Boormans gave the charity free valuations on any jewellery and clock donations enabling the items to be priced accordingly. Since then, I have been going to this jewellers in Knaphill regularly, (for around 6/7 years.) It is a family business, I find all the family and other staff to be consistently courteous, friendly, extremely helpful and always professional. Lovely, and quite something special these days! I am always happy with the prices quoted , which are always honest and fair. I have had many clock repairs/services, plus alterations and repairs of various kinds to fine gold, platinum, pearl and silver jewellery. Some of which are precious, sentimental items inherited from my parents and grandparents. I would not leave these items in the hands of just any jewellers, but I trust Boormans implicitly. Richard has also repaired items of costume jewellery, which I am delighted about, as it is difficult to find anyone to help with vintage costume items latterly. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, super friendly, family run jewellers I cannot recommend Boormans highly enough. I do not know what I would do if they were not there. Please do not retire Richard!!

This is an independent jewellers and watch/clock shop that is the right place to go for personal advice and service that chains just can't match. Whether looking for something new, something bespoke or needing jewellry or watches/clocks repaired, this shop can always help. Highly recommended.
