We are extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by get the fog out. This is our 2nd time and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for the great work and excellent service.

The service was good, however what you should consider is the window repair is not a permanent solution, the plug they install perishes over time and must be replaced, so if you have repaired an upstairs window that's going to present you with a problem down the road.Before taking on this repair I would carefully consider the cost of repair against replacement with a permanent fix.The $20 fuel Fee is gouging when the companies office is Bedford row, I am sorry to see companies behaving like this.Update: I would not use this company if indeed they still exist I have made numerous attempts to contact hem regarding a warranty issue, its may be more expensive but in the long run it will be more cost effective to replace the window which at the end of the day regardless of this Repair !! you will end up doing anyway, six weeks later no response, they don't exist !!!!!

I had them come out to regas windows in my house. They were very friendly and quick to fit me into the schedule right away. They provided excellent service when here and were quick at completing the job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing window repairs.

Very professional. Great communication. We have had windows repaired by them before which was incredible, saved us so much money. Recently though they installed a Humidex for us. It’s honestly a game changer. No more dumping the water of the dehumidifier or having it stop running because it’s full. Uses far less power. It is maintenance free and has made a massive difference in the entire house. The basement is dry feeling everywhere and the funky basement smell is gone. I highly recommend the product and Get The Fog Out.

The process worked adequately in 3 out of 5 windows. Several calls to redo the 2 that are still foggy, increasingly so, have gone ignored. After a year I can see fog creeping back in on the other 3. No point in calling them though.

Showed up, made a mess of my window and now will not reply to emails or answer there phone. Called Better BBB. Would never recommend them

Quality service from Mike and Kent. My windows were foggy between the panes and I was considering complete replacement. Called GET THE FOG OUT instead and all windows were defogged within 2 hours and crystal clear the next day. Process is quick, clean and done from the outside.
