I wish I joined a long time ago! I highly recommend using the personal trainers to at least get you started on the right program for your needs. Ive been able to cut back on my blood pressure medication by 75% in just 5 months. Ive also lost 17 pounds so far, feel great, and in the best shape of my life.

Had an amazing training session with my dad here. A powerlifters dream gym with pristine equipment. Paid $10 for a drop in (good for 3 visits).

I just visited the place and equipments are in perfect conditions and there washrooms are clean and tidy, one can have a shower after intense workout. Time flexibility allows you to do exercise as per your ease.

Very clean and organized. Staff are helpful. Perfect location. And I love seeing the communication on their facebook page about improvements and specialty classes.
