Callia had initially contacted me one day prior to delivery to let me know that the bouquet was going to be 1 day late, however after contacting them and letting them know that it was my bridal bouquet and that I wouldn’t be receiving it on time for my wedding, they made the impossible happen and kept the initial delivery date!! Thank you so much!

Thank you, Callia, for helping me make this Mother’s Day very special for my mother, from a distance! This is my first time ordering flowers from Callia, and my mother cannot stop raving about how wonderful the whole experience has been — from opening the packaging, which she says is the most beautiful she has seen for a bouquet in all of her 75 years (“I’d be happy with just the box!”), to the care instructions and advice, and finally to the “beautiful, pristine, special” flowers themselves (these are all quotes from her!). She says that you clearly understand how to make flowers feel special, and she feels very pampered. It’s so difficult not to be able to be with her in person for Mother’s Day, so being able to lift her spirits through your bouquet means a lot. Thank you!

I ordered flowers online for my mum for her birthday - super easy to order and I live overseas and sometimes that can be complicated with ordering - not complicated at all with Callia! The flowers she received were stunning and the service was excellent as well. They texted my mum to let them know they were there and the delivery driver was really nice. The box they came in was incredible and the flowers themselves were so unique and beautifully arranged. My mum absolutely adored them! Thank you so much Callia for helping me surprise my mum from the other side of the planet!!!I should note I was recommended this company by a friend which is why I chose to order from them and I was not disappointed at all! I've ordered from Callia twice before and was very happy with the communication, delivery and the recipients were thrilled with their flowers. They both reported the flowers to be fresh and beautiful and they were very impressed that the flowers still looked presentable even after a month.So I was excited to order another bouquet for my mom last week. However, this time the flowers were underwhelming and delivered a couple hours after the estimated window. The bouquet consisted mostly of greenery and the flowers have already wilted.

We ordered the deluxe surprise bouquet for Mother’s Day and it was beautiful! It was delivered my mom’s apartment on the day scheduled. Very happy with the service and will definitely order again. The recipient was very happy and loved the bouquet which is a compliment because she can be picky with flowers. Highly recommend!

The packing in very nice and they were delivered at the appointed time. Previous orders from Callia have always been a joy to send and receive. I was very excited to receive a Mother's Day bouquet from our Daughter, however I was extremely disappointed to see so few flowers with an abundance of green fillers. The product did not reflect the amount paid.

Awesome service and beautiful flowers. I had accidentally put wrong address, when they sent a heads up text to the receiver the day prior to delivery it was caught and they updated no issues! I’ve used them a couple times now & have received flowers too. Will continue to recommend this service. Cheers.

Increasing my review back to previous 5 stars, I will give them a try again next time I need flowers.----My first two experiences with Callia were great early in the pandemic. Price was a little high but the size of the bouquet was bigger than I'd get for a comparable price locally and they were very fresh.My third order though the bouquet was so tiny I felt ripped off. Half of the flowers didn't end up opening and died still closed. I emailed with photos asking why the bouquet I received was so small compared to previous orders (all same tier/price) and was told that it looked correct.During pandemic when I didn't want to go into a flower shop myself, this was a great option, but I won't be purchasing again, especially when considering what you get for what you pay. What great customer service!!! My friend bought be a surprise bouquet for my birthday. I got a text from Callia, informing me of my package and when it would arrive. I was very surprised and excited. Caitlin, kept me up-to-date on when I would receive the package. It came in this very secure box and wrapped nicely. They provided instructions on how to care for the flowers. A flew days later Caitlin contacted me to make sure that I was happy with the flowers and to give me tips on how to prolong the bouquet. Beyond pleased with the service of this company.
