International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955

Great place to work for amazing people there to.

The guy pat will block you on pipeline job offers and name hires because he doesn’t know you send his buddy’s out left and right n a bunch poor operators rather then someone good because he doesn’t know you literally left 955 after ten years because of this guy !!

Definitely not liking this union one bit it's always leave a voicemail and when they call you especially from the health and wellness department they feed you lies

Terrible union,unorganized, unprofessional union! They take your union dues and do absolutely nothing for you!Benefits are the worst I've ever seen!

Worked with the union for almost 8 years. Did absolutely nothing for me. Ignorant, unorganized, and just plain bad at their job. I had hour long conversations with BA, a week later he had no idea who I was, so obviously whatever my concerns were held no bearing or weight with him. This tells you how hard they are fighting for your rights. I would suggest non union, welfare, or selling drugs rather than dealing with these people. It's a collection agency. When I decided to leave (over 2 years ago) and I was supposed to pull my pension this year, now they're telling me I have to wait until January next year.

This place is a joke ,employees are so rude . your assistant ashley should be re trained and taught how to behave .

Very hard-working genuine end dedicated people at the union hall who work in the confines of each contract to get the most for the members. Every fight is not a winning fight or a Public fight but as a member And with the help strength and knowledge of Other members we can make our union strong again. I believe showing up at the meetings voicing your opinion with Other like-minded people only makes us all stronger and inspired to fight harder for rights and wages that we deserve. I’m proud to be a union member and i’ll Always be in good times and in bad And as long as we’re standing gather Sharing our opinions and supporting each other The union will only get stronger.
