What a great find. Vanity Sense offered a variety of styles. Unlike some stores that all seem to carry the same thing.Sabrina was a wealth of knowledge and guided us during the decision making process. As a result we have the right vanity for the layout of our powder room. Vanity Sense even held off on delivery until our contractor was ready for the install. The vanity arrived well packaged, and damage free as a result. We love our vanity. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING!!!!We renovated two washrooms a few months ago and were looking for two double sink vanities. We drove all over the GTA looking for them. Some places had good prices but were not very helpful, other places, the prices were ridiculous and customer care was absent. We decided to go see Sabrina at Vanity Sense and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable speaking with her. She literally spent hours helping us decide size, design, colours etc.. Sabrina would always reply to an e mail or phone call right away and all my questions were answered with courtesy and professionalism.We purchased two semi customizable vanities that were almost built and ready to be delivered within days but unfortunately, my mother passed away. I called Sabrina to let her know our renovations were put on hold. She was very empathetic and assured me that it was not an issue and she would store them for me and when I was ready, just give her a call. What happened next shows you the how Sabrina cares for people, not the just the “customer” My doorbell rings the next day and it is a bouquet of flowers and a very thoughtful card that really helped me through that difficult time. I thank Sabrina and staff at Vanity Sense for their support!When we started the renovations again, I called her and she flawlessly delivered the vanities the day that my contractor needed them. During the installation, there were a couple of issues my contractor ran into but Sabrina was there to save the day with parts, advice and materials.If you are looking for vanities, PLEASE do yourself a favour and see Sabrina at Vanity Sense, you will be very impressed. I have already sent many friends there to purchase vanities. My contractor was also very impressed with them and will be recommending Vanity Sense to their clients as well. Sabrina and staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional, customer service is phenomenal, and I highly recommend Vanity SenseTony

Just had our second vanity installed and it looks fabulous. They look better than we expected. Sabrina was a pleasure to deal with and guided us perfectly. We used hardware for the vanities that we sourced ourselves, and they had no problem installing the knobs and pulls for us. I would definitely use them again.

Second time we have purchased through Vanity Sense! Our first experience was was seamless even after adding several pieces of quartz to enhance our shower. People are friendly and the quality of the vanity was excellent. Extremely pleased and wouldn’t buy a vanity anywhere else!!

We accidentally stumbled upon this gem.Sabrina and her team were amazing to deal with. Very open and honest people and went above and beyond what we expected and experienced compared to other stores.We had a double sink counter with a custom shaped quartz top to fit the knee wall. We also added the shower curb top to match.There was a hiccup with the length of the top when delivered, but it was rectified within hours and delivered perfectly.The quality of the cabinetry is top notch.I would have no reservations buying another vanity from Vanity Sense in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Vanity Sense. Sabrina gave us a lot of help and guidance on selecting the right vanities for our space . We would definitely recommend !

Absolutely 5 stars!! Sabrina and team were just fantastic. Sabrina explained the pros and cons of each unit without bais and ultimately helped us to pick something that we loved! Vanity was reasonably priced looking at quality of the build. Thank you thank you for excellent customer service and experience.

This store is a great family-type business with great customer service. You genuinely feel like they want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Clear communication from start to finish, delivery was right on time, and the vanity and top was packaged very well to ensure no damage. We are very happy with our newly installed vanity.

The flexibility to change hardware, pick our own countertop and awesome pricing let us achieve such an unique look for our home!
