I ordered a flight assorted minicakes for my sister's birthday and I heard from her that she really enjoyed this! She loved the sweet potato cake especially. I'm thinking of getting some other cakes from Ito soon and share them with my friends and family!My sister told me it's very high quality desert and every cakes have different flavors and sweetness (they are sweet but very different than other cakes). I highly recommend these cakes to everyone who are looking to taste something special :-)Happy to find this place!!

I was skeptical about shock-frozen cakes but it turned out that it tasted absolutely delicious and the texture is right. I had the January 2021 flight. The cakes are not overly sweet and light to eat. Nami was very friendly and walked me through the instructions to thaw it properly. There is also a brochure included with the same instructions.The convenience of having delicious patisseries always available in the fridge is a godsend to me. High-end cakes are usually sold out before afternoon in many patisseries, and they don't stay fresh for long. Now I don't have to rush to patisseries every morning when I want some good cakes.Update: I have been ordering a new flight every month since then and it never disappoints. The small mystery pastry that came with each flight is definitely the highlight for me!

I discovered this place on instagram. You order online and pick up in North York. The little cakes were delicious and the perfect size so that you can sample a few. My favourites were the matcha and the strawberry shortcake. The cakes were super flavourful and not overly sweet. The presentation is beautiful and they come in a box that is easy to transport. Nami even included some cute mini madelaines as well :) I found the pricing quite good for the quality of the desserts. Stay tuned as every month there is a different cake flight with new flavours released.If you are looking to pick up some coffee or other hot drinks to go with your cakes, Forest Cafe just around the corner is really nice.

Well-made sophisticated cakes frozen without compromise in flavor or texture. Cakes and package are well presented. The only place to get frozen desserts of such quality in Toronto as far as I know.

The cakes were moist, light, well-designed, delicious, and not too sweet. My family and I enjoyed them very much. We will definitely be placing orders again!

This is my second time to order these cakes.I did enjoyed just look at them before I ate, I felt bad to destroy nice decoration but once I tasted each of them, I just ate even after Father’s Day FULL meal!If someone want to take them to house party, or present to friends or girl friend, your friend and family would enjoy and you can make them so happy!They are not overly sweet and each ingredients are very good qualities!I’m looking for to see next new creation next month!

These were very yummy cakes with strong notes particularly if you like fruit. The shock freezing really amplifies the fruity flavours of the cakes. None of the cakes are particularly heavy either so you could easily finish them all in one sitting.Thank you Nami!

I tried the assortment of 5 different small cakes (Ito Flight Deck) for my wife for mother's day. All I can say is calling these desserts is a complete understatement - they were masterfully made CREATIONS! Wow! What presentation and taste.My wife is from Japan and is INCREDIBLY PICKY about desserts. The cakes were light, tasted great, just the right amount of sweetness, and made with the best ingredients.Definitely worth the price and unlike anything you will find in any bakery. Just by looking at the cakes, you can see the amount of effort (and PASSION) that went into making them.Ito Desserts is now go to place for desserts.Thank you Namy!

I tried the cake flight for Father’s Day, and Oh, boy! It tasted just AMAZINGGG. This is my first time trying a Japanese dessert and I simply love it. Just like how I like it - mildly sweet and preservative free :) I can’t wait for my extended family to taste these mini cakes!! Looking forward to tasting many more flavours!!

The cakes are all wonderfully crafted with unique flavours! Highly recommended for anyone who loves sweet treats! Everything is nicely wrapped and presented and pickup was seamless as well. Thanks Nami your desserts are wonderful~
