the Ink jet Depot top Refilling

I went here several week ago to get my ink re-filled for inkjet black and colour cartriges for HP envy printer/copier. He topped them up within 20 minutes, I took them home and installed them right away and the colour one did not work and the black only worked for a couple days. I returned three times. The first time I returned (about a week later as I went away) he tried to say I did not fill the colour one there, basically accusing me of lying, as it had another ink refill company sticker on it. I told him exactly what I paid and that it was cash. He told me to try them again, clean the cartidges with the HP program, copy one with black first and call if they still not working. I did exactly as instructed and it did not work. When I phoned him back he did say that the amount I claimed he charged was correct and then he believed I did fill both cartridges there. He told me to bring them back, which I did. He could not explain why they were not working and blamed the printer or that I did not use it often enough. So I left them with him again and I told him I would return which I did about a week later. Told me they were topped up and should work and follow instructions he printed for me which he got from the HP site Again I did what he instructed, but the colour did not work properly and again the black worked for a day or two (maybe 5 copies total) and they now both not working.At the end of the day I wasted a bit of money (trying to save a couple bucks), a lot of time and hassle, driving back and forth to this location (4+ kms away), installing/removing cartridges, cleaning cartridges, printing test sheets and in the end I am still unable to print. I am just going to buy new HP cartridges from amazon and never return here. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

My experience was positive. Saved a lot of money. Took about 20min from when I dropped off the cartridges to when they were ready. They even placed them in little zip lock bags to prevent ink transfer.

Amazing ability to fix printer problems - fixed my printer which failed other repair shops.

Jeff refilled my cartridges and told me if my printer didn’t accept them he would reset my printer. Three trips to the store, charged me full price to refill my cartridges and after he couldn’t reset my printer told me I had to get my cartridges refilled again to get it going as there was no ink in the cartridges that he himself filled 2 days prior. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I was shocked when I found out the new cartridge for my printer cost more then the printer. Thankfully I found this local business. The service is great, and the cost of a refill likely is the best in town.
