My experience was not good. On the first cleaning I was up charged 45% without so much as an email or a phone call for explanation. Areas that were missed" were brought to Elizabeths attention and were "missed" again on the next visit even after walking through the issues with the staff. I ended the relationship and was charged $75 for canceling one day ahead. This charge was optional to Elizabeths discretion. She knew that I was not happy with her service and charged it anyway. They are overpriced."

This was my first ever house cleaning and Elizabeth was beyond helpful in setting up the cleaning service in a short notice. I would highly recommend her to anyone. They were prompt and on time and stayed at my house around 3 hours to deep clean the main floor and they did an awesome job!

Natalie and Angel arrived on time I was very pleased to see they were both very nice young ladies. They both knew exactly what I sign up for and went right to work. I was so happy to see how thorough they both were that's one thing that I have not been able to find until I contacted Maid Brigade. Everything went just as I was promised it would by Elizabeth the owner who was so pleasant to speak to when I first called. In todays world to find a business that does what they say they will do is very rare. From the time I called to the end of my first cleaning I was provided a comfort level and I am very pleased to have found a service that is up to my standards of cleaning. Kellie and Kim did a great job! I needed a deep clean on a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, landing, and stairway to get started getting my house back in order after surgery. They both kept at certain areas until really clean and I am very happy! When you are unable to do it yourself, consider the company that I was referred to by a current client!Very thankful!

I'm going through a long term physically challenging season. My husband and I decided 7 months ago to hire a cleaning service for a monthly cleaning of our first floor. Elizabeth Whitley, owner of Maid Brigade of Oakland County, has been wonderful to work with regarding flexibility. Every 4 wks our team of two great girls show up and clean beautifully, finishing up in an hour or so (unless we have any extra cleaning tasks). We hang out upstairs. The girls (love Marissa) are professional but warm and personable. They cheerfully accommodate any requests we may have. Our CC is conveniently charged the following day. We had a last minute emergency happen in the Spring, I texted Elizabeth about it and that I realized we may still be charged. She quickly responded No problem

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! They take pride in their work and do a great job!
