Very fast and friendly service from everyone there. They know what they are doing! I had chased all over town looking for parts with no success and when I walked in with my box of parts CIR knew exactly what I needed and was out the door in 10 minutes. Also offered a few helpful assembly tips. They know the meaning of service!

I know that this shop is the busiest shop in town as they service all the big industries. However I had a hydraulic cylinder repaired at another business in Kamloops and it failed. Fortunately I took to this location and it was repaired promptly and worked just fine after that. Very friendly and fast service. These people know what they are doing and that is clear to see!

Have been using C.I.R. for the last couple of months to fix hydrolic issues in my trucks and have found them to be friendly, knowledgable, and really work hard to get you back on the road quickly. The girls in the front are super friendly and quick to answer questions. It is nice to go to a place that the staff actually seem to enjoy working there.
