Hi I was a client of two Therapists megan Greene and Crystal Hender, on commionwealth avenue.cant seem to find if they are working elsewhere?

Efficient and courtieous staff. Provided a detailed plan for recovery post injury, from a full assessment, treatment regime, home exercises and a plan to minimize future injury risks. Wonderful teamwork.

Both my husband and I had acupuncture from Roberta Hammond with excellent results. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her practise. Her pleasant and humorous personality puts you at ease and helps in your recovery.

All the staff are great from the receptionists to massage,chiro,acuppuncture,and physiothearpist

My wife recommended the proactive location on Commonwealth Ave. because she loves her massage therapist there and the ability to book online. She has been going there for the past 8 months with positive experiences! We booked two massage appointments on the same time for this evening about 5 weeks ago. When we arrived for our appointments, there was no record of my wife's booking. She calmly offered to show the receptionist her email confirmation and logged into her Proactive account to show the booking, but was rudely dismissed three times. The receptionist was unwilling to acknowledge the mistake, noting over and over again that it was just impossible". We know there was only one RMT there tonight and understand that the appointment could not go ahead

Dr. Jillian Moulton is fabulous and super informative, only downside was the reception, they were super cranky and seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. Super annoying!!
