I loved the people who live there. Yes, there are some bad people, but that is everywhere. The bottom line is..the management. Rude, obnoxious, and just plain nasty. Kim is horrible with people. I paid the rent on time thinking I wouldnt have to deal with her. WRONG! She picked apart everything people did. She never shuts up, no kidding. It was so much better when it wasnt packed in with all the new trailers. Now it will really be all about the money. Sad.

Zero stars if I could! Manager, Kimberly Marschner, is nasty, rude and a complete liar. Trailer park is extremely old and run down. Full of broke down vehicles and trash. Road needs immediate repair- pylon has been in hole in the street for months. This place is going downhill fast!! Don't waste your money to move in because the manager is already looking to evict you and keep your lot rent that she makes you pay in advance. You have been warned, good luck.

enjoyed living in this park until the new manager took over ,he tries to bully and strong arm the residents . I would not recommend this place to anyone ,and if you are thinking about moving inI recommend you talk to the people that still live there before you decide ,

This park does not take care of its trees. Many complaints have been made about their size and age. When you call the emergency line" nobody calls you back. They left my senior citizen aunt to clear 100s of pounds of limbs and branches from the top of her home. This is the 4th time damages have been done to my aunts property and vehicles. Shame on you for taking advantage of low and fixed income people."

I visit my friends...their rent is half the price of mine (7 miles difference than my mobile home park ) and they have peaceful enjoyment it is right off the expressway. Well worth it

Went to visit my sister after being in her home for 20 minutes the park manager came banging on the door yelling at me telling me that I was speeding through her private property. She was very unprofessional and threatening at the same time. When my sister has valid complaints she avoids doing the task at hand slumlord big-time

It is a no frills trailer park. As long as management recognizes what they have all is well. New on site managers are common. Several arrived with delusions of grandeur. It is relatively quiet, and secluded, but close to shopping and other services.Recent managers have sensibly opted to run it, without trying to alter it's nature.

I go to visit family and friends that live there. I believe the management is rude bias to certain people that are not in there click. I've seen be so mean spoken to many especially the elderly. Needs new management.
