Excellent customer service

Absolutely love their products! The service I get is always excellent and the employees know a lot about all the products. Their products are expensive but you have to take into consideration that the products are very good quality. They have a lot of vegan and cruelty free brands.

I had very bad experience with the service here, I wanted to return this product last few days but they refused it with a reason that they accept the return within 30 days and I was late few hours and they tried to convince me to take the card same price

I had a terrible experience at Sephora -Place Ste Foy and I think it is worth writing a review about it.I went to get a eyebrows lamination, and Miss Andréane messed up my eyebrows. My eyebrows were voluminous and after the treatment I came out with practically half the volume and almost no hair at the end of my eyebrows. Andréane told me that she should wait 24 hours to see the true results and the truth is that my eyebrows were not going to grow in 24 hrs. The next day I went to talk to her and she tried to give me explanations that were irrelevant, she even mentioned that the treatment didn't turn out so well because my hair is very thick...???... I also talked to her manager, I just wanted them to listen to me so they don't give that kind of service to other people again. Conclusion, I paid $100 to have my eyebrows destroyed. I am completely disappointed with the eyebrow bar service at Sephora Place Saint Foy.
